Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are 1 to 3 weeks old with a concentrated nutrient content. They are in a stage of development that falls directly between sprouts and baby greens harvested shortly after their true leaves appear.
How can microgreens be incorporated into my diet?
Microgreens can be incorporated into your diet in many ways. They can be eaten fresh as in salads or on sandwiches and wraps, cooked as part of a stir fry, or even juiced or blended into smoothies, not to mention as garnish!
NOTE: All microgreens and grasses are grown to order. Deliveries are made on Wednesday of each week. Pickup from the Montgomery Curb Market is on Saturday. First time subscribers may have up to a two week delay in delivery.
