Each week you will receive 4 or 5 (your choice) meals each of 2 entrees. The meal plan focuses on whole foods, healthy fats, minimal carbs, and portion control. Each meal will consist of 4 to 6 of lean protein, a vegetable, and a starch.
Weekly menus can not be customized. They are wholly up to the chef. The protein choices are primarily poultry and seafood.
