Directions
Bath Soak
- Fill the included reusable sachet with ½ cup of soak and place under warm running water.
- For a deeper soak, use up to 1 cup.
- Soak for 20-30 minutes.
Foot Soak
- Fill the included reusable sachet with ¼ cup of soak and place in a basin of warm water.
- Soak feet for 15-20 minutes.
